What Is Money Magick? -Real Money Hacks
If I had to guess the most frequently asked question of me over the last 50 years, it would be, “What is Money Magick?” The answer is straightforward. Money Magick is the energy a person puts out to attract more wealth into their life.
That being said, the “Energy Rule” works on more than money. The exact process can attract love, success, good health, friends, and happiness. But for the sake of this article, we will just be talking about money and how to attract more.
For the most part, there are four parts to attracting money through the use of Money Magick:
- Gratitude
- Intent
- Language
- Energy
Let me explain each here.
Gratitude
Just like every other aspect of your life, if you want more, you must be grateful for all you have. Some of you might be saying, “But I don’t have any money to be grateful for..” <sad, pitiful face>
The rules of gratitude don’t work like other rules of the Universe. When you give appreciation for one thing, it affects all aspects of your life. Let’s say you are grateful for being able to eat today. The Universe feels your thankfulness and blesses you with more money so you can buy more food because this is where the positive energy was directed.
In most cases, people don’t want money itself but what money can buy or what it represents. So if you wake up every day, meditate/pray and give thanks for all you have, more will come to you; according to some, it returns you tenfold. I don’t know anyone that ever measured that, but it sounds legit.
Intent
Your intent for what you want makes a big difference. If you want money and have no idea why other than it sounds like it would make your life easier, you will not attract much very fast.
You must have a specific reason for wanting the money. You can’t just ask for money. If the Universe feels like you are just going to keep the money, it will be more reluctant to give you much. Money is mobile. It must keep moving. Sitting in a savings account is negative money and keeps you from attracting more.
When you ask for money, have a reason for the money, ask for that specific amount, and know it will come. You can’t just say, “I want to be rich,” that is not specific and has no goal behind it.
Say, “I need $250K to start a landscaping business.” That will get the ball rolling.
I will give you a couple of hints to make it easier:
- Don’t try to figure out how the Universe will get the money to you. That’s not your job. The Universe has been doing this for billions of years. There is a plan. You keep listening to your instincts and watching for opportunities.
- Take action on every opportunity you are presented that feels “right.” Training yourself to understand your instincts is a big part of magick.
- On big request, don’t expect instant results. It may take some time to line up what you need. Just know it is in the works as long as you actively work toward it. Other, more minor things can be instant. I haven’t parked pasted the third park in any parking lot in decades. Only because right before I get there, I vision myself parking in the second park. 90% of the time, I park in the second park.
*Note: Worrying about not having money keeps money away. You must train yourself to believe and not worry. This brings us to…
Language
The most important thing for us to change is how we say things. Universal power is black and white, no gray. It doesn’t understand negative words like don’t, didn’t, can’t…
For example, if you were to say, “I wish I didn’t have bills to pay.” All the Universe sees is, “I wish I have bills to pay.” Being the great guy, the Universe is it grants your wish and sends you more bills.
If you had said, “I am grateful that I have the money to pay all my bills.” The Universe would hear that and ensure you have the money needed to pay your bills. Sometimes you might get an unexpected check in the mail or find money lying on the ground. The Universe will find a way.
Energy
Energy is where the Magick comes in, or at least that’s what it appears to be happening.
Witches love to light candles, set up altars, and burn incense. What all these things are doing is helping focus their energy on the spell they are doing. None of it is necessary, but it does help, especially for some of our younger witches. Whatever helps you is the perfect thing to do.
So make an altar with green/gold/silver candles, add some coins or cash, and put citrine and gold jewelry on it. Add anything that makes you think of money and wealth. This helps your mind focus on money every time you see it. Keeping your mind in the right direction is how magick is made.
Conclusion
Magick is the use of energy in the Universe. Money Magick is using that universal energy to attract money for creating things to make our lives better. The Universe will always give you what you need if you are grateful for what you have.
Homework: For the next 30 days, wake up and write down ten things you are grateful for. Every night before bed, add five more items to the list. By the end of the month, you should have 450 things on your list.
Notice at the end of the month what things have come to you without thinking about it. Did you get a rebate check for something you don’t remember buying? Maybe your favorite restaurant gave you a dessert for free. Whatever it is, start noticing the little things that go your way, and then more and more will accumulate.
Using Magick is about using your mind as the controller of the energy around us. It’s not easy at first, a little hard to understand for most, but I promise you it is the easiest thing in the world once you know it. So go out there and picture your best life, then live it!
